Size & fit guide

The right size starts with the right chart.

Fit varies between brands and between models from the same brand. Use the size chart and fitting instructions for the exact helmet, jacket, glove, or boot you plan to buy. Your usual size is a starting point, not a guarantee.

Helmets.

Follow the helmet manufacturer’s measuring and fit-check instructions for the exact model. Match your measurements to that model’s chart, then confirm the fit in person where possible. Head shape matters as well as circumference. If you cannot find the correct chart, ask us before ordering.

Jackets, pants, and riding layers.

Compare the measurements requested by the brand’s chart, such as chest, waist, hips, and inseam. Consider the layers you will wear and how the garment feels in your riding position. Check the product’s fit notes and the manufacturer’s guidance for protective equipment.

Gloves and boots.

Use the manufacturer’s method for measuring your hands or feet. Check which units the chart uses and whether it lists body measurements or product dimensions. If you are between sizes, ask about the specific model rather than assuming a size up or down will work.

Need help choosing?

Send us the brand, model, size you’re considering, and the measurements requested by its chart. We can help you locate and interpret the product information. Review return and exchange information before ordering.
